Once upon a time, there was a school in the UK called KGGS. In KGGS,
all the Year 9 classes are split into teaching groups, which means everybody gets mixed with people from different forms.
In one particular group known to many as 9K, the members were getting to know each other.
Some liked pineapples.
Some liked books.
Some liked Germany.
Some liked being random.
And some liked other things.
As time went by, 9K began to divide itself into little cliques. Tarty people, clever people,
people who weren't either, and totally insane people whom nobody would go near.
These insane people were gradually drawn together out of loneliness, but really began
to stick together when they found that they had things in common. Ellie and Annis were both fans of Germany, due to a mutually-liked
band called Rammstein. Emma was big on drawing and writing: so was Becky. Kate had a pineapple obsession, and it was this
above anything else that began to rub off on the others.
Before long, pineapples were being drawn (with glue spatulas, aprons, arms and legs, or
sometimes sliced in half when Annis was being mean), written about (with wonderful stories involving wanking in the woods,
large hairy spoon men and more), talked about constantly, and generally made famous within the group.
One day Emma, a small but perfectly formed wee beast with a love of muffins, went to the
Big W and bought a large, spiral-bound notebook with a lovely pattern of cupcakes on the front. It was in this that she started
doodling drawings, random writing, and general observations of life.
It was only when Kate hijacked the book and complained that it had no pineapples that
the Pineapple Post came to be. Within but a few seconds, Kate and Emma had headed a page 'The Pineapple Post Problem Page',
and written a short problem from the point of view of the fantastic fruit. They had then written answers which came from the
PP's own problem pineapple (and Kate's ex-boyfriend) Yannick (read about him on another page). As you will see, Yannick offers
splendid advice to the worried and perplexed of the fruit community.
So do not be put off by this amazing show of madness, but keep clicking through the pages
and see what wonderful solutions Yannick can give!
